• Harass, threaten, or otherwise harm others.

We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

4. Your Content & Licence

• You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. photos, text, display details).
• By submitting content, you grant Displays in Bristol a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute such content via the Service for the purpose of showcasing displays and related features (including historic year galleries).
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and grant the above licence.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for user-submitted content, all materials on the Service (including logos, branding, text, design, and code) are owned by or licensed to Displays in Bristol and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
